Basically, we are your local real estate expert. You can work with us regardless of where you are actually based. We are here to ensure end to end services, from finding and buying the property to renovating and, finally, renting or selling it.
The narrative of our business is quite simple. We buy apartments in good neighbourhoods of the Hungarian capital, we thoroughly renovate them, and in the end we sell them with a good profit margin.
But, behind the scene, there is so way more than this. Our approach does not resume at choosing another colour for the walls or changing the tiles. We are talking about full reshaping of all the living units we acquire. In the end, we deliver houses and apartments that people usually have the urge to call home.
Property scouting
We are on a permanent quest, looking for great opportunities. We know Budapest’s market by heart and we do have the tools mandatory in order to make the wise choices. Of course, when it comes to real estate, everybody has his own set of criteria. This is why, before any action is done we need to sit down and talk it over.
The renovation stage
In fact, a much better word than renovation is transformation. The standards we’ve set for the apartments we are we are taking care of are pretty high. In order to achieve them, we work with smart architects, talented interior designers and highly skilled workers. You do not need to take our word for it – just feel free to browse through our portfolio.
Legal support
We are also going to provide professional legal support through our local trusted and authorised partner. Don’t worry, all the paperwork is done in English. Thus, it’s a sure thing the bureaucracy is going to feel less burdensome. But have in mind that this is not a mandatory service. We don’t have anything against you working with your own legal advisor.
The final phase — selling/renting
In the end, when all the work is done, there are two scenarios. In case you secured the investment all by yourself, you will have to choose between selling the property right away and renting it. At this stage you are also going to benefit from our experience and receive our full assistance. We will advertise the apartment, take care of the meetings with potential customers and, of course, secure the deal. If there were more investors involved, we are going to sell the property and pay you back the money, together with a nice profit.
At this point, there are already seven projects that have been undertaken. So, we have real life numbers. The average assignment takes from six to eight months. This includes the purchasing of the estate, the transformation process, and everything that needs to be done in the final stage, regardless if we are talking about an immediate sell or about renting.

Transparency is the key word when it comes to our investment process.
You can either come up with the entire sum all by yourself, or you can make a joint venture together with other investors, to make up for the full amount needed for the project.
It’s easier to work with people that you know. This is why, at the beginning, we’ll have a conversation, and together we’ll set up the expectations for our future project.
We do not take any risks: we buy only those properties that can provide a good profit margin in a reasonable amount of time.
You are going to receive updates regarding your investment every two weeks.
Advertising the property is also part of the deal. Once the renovation is done, a team of professionals makes a set of pictures and a promotional video. These are the items needed in order to advertise the property through our media partners.
If selling is the final purpose of our enterprise, finding a good deal, most often, takes between one and two months. In case we’ll agree upon renting, this usually takes less: between two and three weeks.
